About Project: Motorola set out to create an internal web application with the goal of promoting effortless and enjoyable collaboration among employees, fostering the exchange of ideas related to products, services, communications, and employee well-being. This ambitious endeavor involved the development of a substantial, large-scale web application, which encompassed a wide array of use-case scenarios requiring meticulous planning and consideration.
My Approach: In my role as the creative design lead for this project, I led a team consisting of three designers and two developers in the development of this user-friendly portal. Together with my team, I was responsible for crafting the information architecture, including all user experience and interface designs. I maintained close collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the project, playing an integral role in defining use cases and presenting designs, prototypes, and the final developed product.
