Challenge

Envious Lashes, a luxury lash and brow salon with locations in NYC, Long Island, and Miami, needed a digital presence that matched the sophistication of their brand. Their previous website didn’t convey the level of exclusivity, beauty, or service quality that their clientele—often including high-profile clients—expected.

Strategy

As Creative Director at Fermented Pixels, I designed a sleek, high-end website inspired by the salon’s interior palette. Clean layouts, generous white space, and refined typography established a luxury aesthetic while keeping the experience simple and intuitive. I also optimized responsiveness across devices and created companion social ads to drive traffic and reinforce the brand’s upscale identity.

Results

E-commerce sales increased by 125 percent in six months, bounce rates dropped by 35 percent, and new appointments rose by 150 percent. The redesign elevated Envious Lashes’ digital presence and aligned their online experience with the quality of their in-person services.
