Enterprise Hybrid Mobile Platform Design

Challenge

Festo Robotics needed a mobile app that gave customers fast access to product specifications, pricing, and real-time order tracking. Without a centralized digital tool, customers struggled to find critical information, increasing call volumes and creating inefficiencies across Festo’s internal teams and global client base.

The absence of a mobile-first experience limited transparency and placed unnecessary pressure on customer support teams, especially across international markets.

Strategy

As Creative Director, I led the UX/UI design of a hybrid mobile application developed in collaboration with Festo’s team in Germany. I created detailed wireframes, modern interface designs, and interactive prototypes aligned with Festo’s global brand standards, building a clean, mobile-first experience that simplified complex industrial catalog data. Users could easily browse categories, review specifications, check pricing, and track deliveries in real time through a structured navigation system designed for speed and clarity.

Results

Customer satisfaction with order tracking increased by 30 percent within the first three months of launch. Call volumes dropped by 45 percent within the first 60 days, and accurate product tracking improved by 55 percent in the following quarter.

The application strengthened Festo’s reputation for innovation while significantly streamlining customer operations across global markets.
