Challenge
Fractal Academy, a leading science and math tutoring center in New Jersey, needed a brand and digital presence that reflected its academic rigor and premium positioning. The existing website was outdated, difficult to navigate, and failed to communicate the depth of expertise, student outcomes, and trust parents expect when investing in education. As competition increased and digital acquisition became more critical, the brand lacked a clear narrative, differentiated positioning, and a conversion-focused experience to support growth.
Strategy
As Creative Director, I led a full brand and digital transformation rooted in audience research and positioning strategy. I clarified Fractal Academy’s value proposition, developed a differentiated messaging framework, and rebuilt the brand experience to reflect academic excellence, trust, and accessibility.
The redesign extended beyond UX into brand architecture, visual identity refinement, program storytelling, and performance-focused marketing execution across digital and print channels.
Results
The rebrand drove a 125 percent increase in qualified lead capture within six months, a 175 percent increase in tutoring sign-ups, and reduced bounce rates by 50 percent. Beyond performance gains, the new brand positioned Fractal Academy as a premium, trusted partner for families navigating competitive academic environments.
