KINGSWAY
GIS Routing Mobile & Desktop App
My Role: Information Architecture | UX/UI Design | Web App Design | Mobile App Design
About Project: Kingsway Exterminators collaborates directly with the New York City government to combat mosquito infestations that pose a threat of disease transmission across all the basins throughout the entire five boroughs. This ambitious project spans multiple months and requires precise mapping and routing capabilities. The primary goal of this endeavor is to establish an integrated system for Kingsway, streamlining the organization and oversight of their field personnel. This system has been meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate with a wide range of hardware, software, and features available across mobile, desktop, and cloud platforms. This multifaceted system empowers Kingsway to effectively optimize the operations of their field staff.
My Approach: As Creative Director at DVG, I played a pivotal role in overseeing the information architecture of these extensive web and mobile applications. This encompassed documenting all potential use cases, creating detailed wireframes, and developing visual designs and prototypes. I designed an innovative dashboard that allows administrators to efficiently monitor project statuses and manage teams for maximum productivity. Throughout the project, I maintained open and direct communication with all Kingsway stakeholders, fostering a smooth and productive collaboration from inception to completion.
